According to the statistics of CISA, the daily output of crude steel was 2.4583Mt in September, down by 8.45% m-o-m. The total output of crude steel was 73.75Mt in September, down by 21.2% y-o-y. The daily outputs of pig iron and steel products were 2.173Mt and 3.3983Mt in September, down by 5.83% and 3.17% m-o-m. The total outputs of pig iron and steel products decreased by 16.1% and 14.8% y-o-y to 65.19Mt and 101.95Mt respectively.

During January to September, the total outputs of pig iron, crude steel and steel products were 671Mt, 806Mt, 1020Mt, down by 1.3%, up by 2%, 4.6% y-o-y. The daily outputs of pig iron, crude steel and steel products during January to September were 2.4581Mt, 2.952Mt and 3.7375Mt, down by 0.94%, up by 2.37% and 4.98% y-o-y.

In September, the daily outputs of pig iron, crude steel and steel products in major steel enterprises counted by CISA were 1.8503Mt, 2.0348Mt, 2.0029Mt, down by 5.53%, 7% and 6.35% m-o-m. During January to September, the total outputs of pig iron, crude steel and steel products in major steel enterprises counted by CISA were 564Mt, 648Mt and 624Mt, up by 1.86%, 4.24% and 5.30% y-o-y.
