Steel product stocks were decreased in late-October

        According to the statistics of CISA, the daily output of crude steel was 1.7353Mt in major steel enterprises counted by CISA in late-October, down by 7.43% compared with that in mid-October. The total output of crude steel, pig iron, and steel products were 19.0887Mt, 17.7195Mt and 19.8510Mt respectively.

        By estimation, the daily output of crude steel in the whole country was 2.2693Mt in the period, down by 7.07% compared with that in the previous ten days. During late-October, the total output of crude steel, pig iron and steel products were 24.9624Mt, 22.3340Mt and 34.7196Mt respectively in the whole country.

        The stocks of steel products in these steel enterprises amounted to 12.8449Mt in late-October, down by 1,600t compared with that in mid-October.
