The prosperity index of China's logistics industry was 53.6% in December

According to data released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the prosperity index of China's logistics industry in December was 53.6%, 0.1 percentage points higher than the previous month.

The China warehousing index was 54.1%, 0.1 percentage points lower than that from the previous month. The new order index was 56.1%, 3.4 percentage point lower than the previous month. The equipment utilization index increased by 0.4% to 50.7% compared with the previous month.

Besides, the average inventory index of 21 types of commodities was 52.8%, 4.4 percentage points lower than the previous month. The traffic capacity index was 57%, up by 6.5 percentage points than the previous month. The profit index was 50.7%, up by 1.9 percentage points than the previous month.
