Broad money grew by 10.7% in November

At the end of November, the broad money (M2) balance was RMB 217.2 trillion, up by 10.7% y-o-y. The growth rate was 0.2 percentage points higher thanprevious month and and 2.5 percentage points higher than the same period of the previous year.The narrow money (M1) balance was RMB 61.86 trillion,up by 10% y-o-y.The growth rate was 0.9 percentage points higher than the end of last month andand 6.5 percentage points higher than the same period of last year respectively.The balance of currency in circulation (M0) was RMB 8.16 trillion, up by 10.3% y-o-y.
